Wearing the Pink Sisca Blazer , sent as a PR gift.
I love a check print. It's very much a London look and I love that I can have that style in Sydney. Even more so that the check print I'm referring to is courtesy of Australian label, Motto.
Founded in 1985 by Australian designer duo, Faye and Lauren, the label offers contemporary cool co-ord sets, as well as oversized sweaters, t-shirts, and trousers.
I had a skim through their website before partnering with the brand for this blog, and I just loved the prints. They're unique, yet bold, but understated enough for me to feel comfortable walking through the streets of Sydney midday. They can be dressed up and down; either with heels or pumps, and for a super low-key look, add a pair of canvas sneakers for a weekday brunch sesh.
The award winning pink check sisca blazer is certainly an eye catcher. I was complimented on it as soon as I put it on and took a brief walk. Told I looked super stylish, I made a mental note to have this wardrobe staple on quick rotation so I can wear it as often as possible.
I like the versatility of the suit too. The fact that it doesn't necessarily need to be worn as a co-ord, but can be worn as two separate pieces is great. The fit is perfect. I sized up for that on-trend oversized look. It also fits in a way that is comfy and definitely not restricting if you have a big work lunch!
All in all, Motto has a luxe, quality feel to its designs. They have a range of clothing that I just LOVE (I'm looking at you, heart print sweater!), so check them out here: https://www.motto.com.au/
