Home EMS With Compex

I'm proud to have been made an ambassador of Compex ANZ where I have been privileged to have been given the home Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Compex SP 8.0.

As someone who loves EMS, having one to use at home is perfect. The EMS system is a high-tech device that helps increase endurance, stamina and reduce post-exercise fatigue.

Muscle stimulation is where it's at. If you want to optimise your workouts, adding EMS is the kickcharger you need. It increases the body's ability to burn fat because the muscles are optimised so much more. Not only that, but post-exercise recovery is also increased because the system can help relax and massage the muscles.

Designed For Athletes

The home EMS system is designed for athletes and those that regularly compete. As someone who used to do a lot of endurance sports before pregnancy, this device is perfect because it means that I can increase my fitness quickly. One of my goals is to get my level of fitness back fast.

The reason why I love the Compex SP 8.0 EMS system is that I can use it anywhere. I can use it at home, while my daughter sleeps, and it means my workouts are far more effective.

EMS stimulates the muscles so that they're activated so much more than a traditional workout. You can save so much time utilising this method because the device is equipped with muscle intelligence, meaning it adjusts the level of stimulation to your own unique physiology, but also simultaneously boosts your own performance.

While the EMS SP 8.0 helps with performance, endurance, conditioning and recovery, it is the toning and fitness that I am after. This has been my fitness aim since giving birth.

I also love how the device is used as an effective pain management tool for those that need it.

It's easy to use as the academy app has a tutorial for you to follow. Download the app and follow the instructions. The wires and cords will overwhelm you without it.

If you want to up your fitness game, EMS is for you. Strapped for time, get the Compex SP 8.0 for a home version.
